This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that the appellant, who is an accused in T.R. No.115 of 2011 arising out of Special G.R. Case No.99 of 2020 on the file of learned Special Judge, Puri was released on bail by order dated 15.03.2022 subject to furnishing cash security of Rs.3,00,000/- besides other conditions. It is further submitted that since the appellant is a BPL Card holder, he is unable to furnish the cash security as directed and he is still in custody. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is directed that the condition of furnishing cash security Rs.3,00,000/- (rupees three lakhs) as imposed in the order dated 15.03.2022 is
// 2 // modified to the extent that the appellant shall furnish cash security of Rs.1,00,000/-(rupees one lakh) to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Puri, rest other conditions remaining the same and also, rest part of the order remaining the same. 5.
The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
