This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of this Court's order dated 19.08.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.20379 of 2021. 3.

Considering the submissions made and as this Court finds, no purpose will be served in issuing notice in such matter, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite PartyContemnor to work-out the order of this Court dated 19.08.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.20379 of 2021, if the same has not been stayed by any higher forum, within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. Failure in compliance of this Court's direction will be amounting to deliberate violation of the Court's direction. 4.
