This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

This is the second journey of the petitioners, who is in custody in connection with Chamakhandi P.S. Case No.120 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.523 of 2021 pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Chatrapur running for the alleged commission of offence under section 147/148/302/307/323/325/294/506/149, I.P.C. in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for their release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Taking into account the submissions made; further keeping in view the materials on records as those stand against the Petitioners with other surrounding circumstances including the factum of release of co-accused person on bail as also the period of detention of the Petitioner in custody; it is directed that the petitioners be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as deemed just

// 2 // and proper by the court in seisin of the case with further conditions that they will appear before the Trial Court on each date of posting of the case till conclusion of trial.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
