Heard Mr. A. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the notice dated 16.12.2022 under Annexure-8, by which opposite party no.3 has rejected the application of the petitioner for extension of time to construct his new house and directed the petitioner to vacate the land.

Since the petitioner has already received compensation, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
