Having heard the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, keeping in view the interest of the parties and further considering that the RFA is of the year 2008, this matter stands disposed of with a direction to the District Judge, Jajpur that in the event the pleadings involving RFA No.24/2008 are already completed, the RFA No.24/2008 shall be disposed of within a period of six months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.

This Court records the undertaking of the Petitioner through its counsel that he will not indulge in unnecessary adjournments and will cooperate in timely disposal of the appeal. 3.

The civil miscellaneous petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
