In derogation of the order passed by the learned Commissioner of Endowment, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in Annexure-3 passed in O.A. No.201 of 2014 under Section 19 (A) of the O.H.R.E. Act, the Opposite Party Nos.6 to 13 are alleged to have sold land in excess of Ac.3.50 dec. In this regard, the Petitioner is stated to have filed a representation vide Annexure-5 before the Commissioner of Endowment, Odisha, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2. 4.
Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the representation
of the Petitioner vide Annexure-5 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy or soft copy of this order.

The Petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures along with certified copy or soft copy of this order to Opposite Party No.2 for convenience and reference to Annexures-3 and 5. 6.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
