Perused the letter No.418 dated 25th September, 2023 of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Athagarh requesting further two months time to dispose of C.S. No.367 of 2016. , whereby he requested one month time for disposal of C.S.(I) No.2 of 2016.

In view of the contents of the letter, time sought for disposal of C.S.(I) No.367 of 2016 is extended till the end of January, 2024.

Registry shall communicate this order forthwith to the concerned Court.
