Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the recitals in the I.A., this Court directs that P.W. 20 be produced on 8.08.2022, the date on which the case is stated to be posted.

It goes without saying that the petitioner shall bear the expenses for the recall of the said witness and prosecution is directed to ensure his presence on the said date.

If the said witness is not examined on 8.08.2022 on being produced no further opportunity shall be provided to the accused and the learned trial court is

requested to proceed in accordance with law without any further reference to this Court.
