1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.12.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.16395 of 2022 as well as for granting further time to the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below.

3. However, upon hearing the submissions / explanations made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer of the Petitioners to modify the order dated 23.12.2022. Accordingly, the prayer for modification is rejected and the I.A. is dismissed.
