This application under Section 24 of the C.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner praying for transfer of M.V. Misc. Case No.907 of 2006 from the Court of the learned IInd MACT, Cuttack to the Court of the learned District Judge -cum- MACT, Jajpur.

Mr. L. Kabi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed this TRP(C) and may be permitted to withdraw the same and he files a memo to that effect. The same be kept on record.

Considering the above submission, the TRP(C) is dismissed as withdrawn.
