This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

Heard Mr.S.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.K.Samal, learned Additional Government Advocate.

In this case prayer has been made for execution of N.B.W. and arrest of opposite party No.6 in connection with I.C.C. Case No. 436 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M.(Sadar), Cuttack.

In course of hearing Mr.Mohanty submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the learned S.D.J.M.(Sadar), Cuttack under Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to move application before

// 2 // the learned S.D.J.M.(Sadar), Cuttack under the appropriate provisions of the Cr.P.C. within a period of two weeks from today. In the event, such application is filed, the learned S.D.J.M.(Sadar), Cuttack is directed to proceed in accordance with law, if there is no other impediment. 6.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
