The limited grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is that although she has submitted a representation before the District Project Coordinator, Subarnapur, Opposite Party No.3 on 07.12.2021 (Annexure-5), but no decision have been taken on the representation of the Petitioner and the same is still pending consideration.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for a direction to the appropriate Authority to consider her representation in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a stipulated time. 3.

Learned counsel for the School and Mass Education Department submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the appropriate Authority to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the District Project

// 2 // Coordinator, Subarnapur, Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 07.12.2021 (Annexure-5), if the same is still pending, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the Petitioner shall be considered and disposed of by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The result t hereof shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days from the date of such decision.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
