2. Heard Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. Tripathy, learned ASC for State.

3. Upon hearing both parties, the condition reflected in order dated 29th July 2022 of this Court relating to attendance of the Petitioner in the Trial Court on each date fixed is modified to the extent that the same shall be subject to the provisions contained in Section-317 Cr.P.C./ Section-355 of the BNSS.

4. Rest part of said order remains unaltered.
