The Petitioners have a representation for clearing the unauthorized encroachment.

In the circumstance, this Court finds the Writ Petition is not maintainable at this stage. However, disposing of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Bonth O.P.3 to work out the request involving the representation following the provisions of the OPLE Act and also involving the parties likely to be affected by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of order by the Petitioner.
