Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

With the limited prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner that liberty may be granted to raise all the points before the court below at the time of framing of charge, the Court is of the view that a direction in that regard would serve the purpose and accordingly, it is ordered.

The CRLMC stands disposed of with the liberty granted to the petitioner to raise all such grounds at the time of framing of charge before the learned court below in connection with C.T. Case No.3245 of 2020 which shall be examined and appropriate order to be passed thereon in accordance with law.
