This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The present writ application has been filed praying for a direction to the Opposite Party No.2-Controller of Examinations, Shree Jagannath Sanskrit Visva Vidyalaya to accept the students list of the Petitioner's institution for registration so far Upashastri course is concerned on the ground that they are continuing in Upashastri 2nd year course in the said institution. The Petitioner has further prayed for a direction to the Vice Chancellor, Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the pending representation dated 8th October, 2021 under Annexure-4 with regard to acceptance of the students list of the petitioner's institution for registration so far Upashastri course is concerned.

Shri S.N.Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the University submits that the case of the petitioner's institution shall be considered subject to the condition that the institution in question fulfills all the
// 2 // norms and criteria as fixed by law/Rules/Regulations. 4.
In such view of the matter, this Court disposes of the writ application without entering into the merits of the matter, with a direction to the Petitioner to file a fresh comprehensive representation by affording all the particulars before the Opposite Party No.2 within a period of one week from today. If such a representation is filed before the Opposite Party No.2 within time stipulated, the Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of such representation. It is needless to mention here that the Opposite party No.2 shall dispose of the representation by a speaking and reasoned order and the decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of 10 days from the date of such decision. 5.
It is made clear that this Court has expressed no opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.
