Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

This is a matter challenging the initiation of a demarcation proceeding vide Annexure-3. For the submission made, this Court is of the opinion that in the event a demarcation process is completed, parties may get peace otherwise. Keeping in view the dispute between the parties, there is no prejudice in the event demarcation case is completed but however involving the petitioner involved herein. In the circumstance this Court while declining to entertain the writ petition observes in the event the Demarcation Case No. 23 of 2021 is still pending in the file of Tahasildar, Oupada, it will be open to the petitioner to participate in such proceeding and get the demarcation concluded. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
