Heard Mr. K. C. Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner-Parameswar Das and his wife-Truptirani Tanti-Opposite Party No.2 are present in Court, they are identified by the respective learned counsels.

Mr. K.K. Gaya, Learned counsel for the State on the basis of instruction from I.I.C, Jajpur Road states that the matter has been resolved between the petitioners and the opposite party no.2 by the intervention of well-wishers. She has joined him in matrimony and both are living happily .

Taking into account such submission shows in continuance of the present proceeding would be absent of the process of law. This Court in exercise its jurisdiction under Section-482 Cr.P.C and in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of B.S. Joshi & Ors. Vrs. State of Haryana & Anr., reported in 2003 4 SCC 675 quashes the proceeding bearing No. C.T. Case No. 652 of 2021 on the file of J.M.F.C., Thakurmunda arising out of Mahuldiha P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021. 6.
The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
