1. The Petitioners have approached this Court at a stage when only a recommendation has been made for granting the licence in favour of Opposite Party No.7 for opening a new IMFL ON Shop in Bhata Kumarada G.P. The final decision thereon is yet to be taken by the Government.

2. Mr. Kaliprasanna Mishra, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners voices the apprehension of the Petitioners that their objections may not be properly considered before taking a final decision. This is disputed by Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate, who states that all objections already received will be duly considered before a final decision is taken.

3. It is made clear that the Government will consider all the objections already received before taking a final decision in the

matter. If such final decision is adverse to the Petitioners, it will be open to them to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
