1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner files the present I.A. seeking extension of date of surrender as the petitioner was not feeling well due to uterine related complicacy.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below, as per direction of this Court vide order dated 20.01.2022 in CRLMC No.2931 of 2021, within a period of ten days from today.

4. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
