This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. Order No.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.
It is alleged that in spite of the grievance of the petitioners being forwarded to the competent authority since 16.11.2019, no action, as appropriate, has been taken as of now. This Court on perusal of records finds vide page-37 of the brief, there is also forwarding of the claim of the petitioners on 6.1.2020. Taking serious note of pendency of such request for such long period, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Collector, Puri-opposite party no.4 to conclude the dispute involved herein at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioners and result of such proceeding may be communicated to the petitioners within a period of one week thereafter.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's
