Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore, in the above facts and circumstances, humbly prayed, that this Hon'ble Court, may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, issue notice to the opposite parties, issue Rule Nisi calling upon the Opposite parties to show cause as to why a direction be not issued to the opposite party no.1 from this Hon'ble Court to pass final orders on his representations dated 18-11-21 and 21-12-21 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court shall not be allowed and if the Opposite parties fail to show cause or show false or insufficient cause, the said Rule be made absolute by issue of a writ/writs directing the opposite party no.1 to pass final orders on his representations dated 1811-21 and 21-12-21 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court;

Pass such other order (s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice;

And for said act of kindness, the Petitioner shall, as in duty bond, ever pray."

Considering the writ petition involves innocuous prayer, the same stands disposed of with a direction to the Block Development Officer,

// 2 // Bari Block, Bari-opposite party no.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-4 and do the needful by completing the entire exercise at least within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
