This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "The Petitioners therefore pray that your Lordships be graciously pleased to admit this Writ Petition and issue notices(s) to the Opp.Parties, and if the Opp.Parties do not show cause or show insufficient cause then the Rule be made absolute by issuing appropriate writ(s)/direction(s)/order(s) as the circumstances justified;

And further be pleased to issue necessary direction for declaring the inclusion of the villages as per the Panchayat Resolutions in the Berhampur Municipal corporation in pursuance of Annexure-4.."

Considering the pleading and the development through Annexure-4, this Court finds, there is already a direction by the Collector & District Magistrate, Ganjam, Chatrapur to the Director, Municipal Administration, Housing & Urban Development Department to work out the required indicated therein. Keeping in view the development through Annexure-4, this Court disposal of

// 2 // the Writ Petition directs the Director, Municipal Administration, Housing & Urban Development Department to finalise the issue and the direction involving Annexure-4 dated 14.1.2020 by completing the entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 datred 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
