Heard Mr.S.Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.K.Samal, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.
According to Mr.Panda, the petitioner is aggrieved by inaction of the authorities in sanctioning higher amount of compensation to which he is entitled to under the law. 4.
During course of hearing, Mr.Panda wants to withdraw the writ petition as he wants to approach the appropriate authority under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 for redressal of his grievances. 5.
Considering such submissions, the writ petitions is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
