The CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at the time of framing of charge including that no offence is made out qua the petitioner. 4.

It is needless to state here that learned court in seisin over the matter shall consider the matter so filed independently on its own merit.

It shall be open to the petitioner to approach this Court, if aggrieved.
