Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-3 series is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 series, at page 18 of the brief and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of two moths from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. However, it is

observed that if there is no commencement of construction, there shall be no commencement of construction for a period of one month within which period there shall be disposal of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 series at page 18 of the brief. "
