This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 27.01.2022.

After perusing the grounds taken in the interim application and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, I am not inclined to modify the order dated 27.01.2022.

Accordingly, prayer for modification stands rejected and I.A. stands dismissed.
