Considering the innocuous prayer involving the Writ Petition Order No.

and there is involvement of disposal of R.P. Case No.521/2021, this Court declining to target such matter however permits the Petitioner to show the reason by way of application for expediting the hearing of the matter, in which event such application shall be considered giving due regard to the grounds stated therein. Considering the nature of dispute involving R.P. Case No.521/2021, it is directed that if the boundary wall of the Petitioner has not been demolished, the same may not be demolished till final outcome in the said R.P. Case.
