1.This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Perused the office note.

3. It appears that in order No.2 dated 05.04.2022 the year of the title of the BLAPL has inadvertently been typed as "2022" instead of "2021". It also appears that though no I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner, I.A. No.500 of 2022 has inadvertently been typed in the aforesaid order.

4. In such view of the matter, the year of the title of the BLAPL inadvertently typed as "2022" is corrected. Accordingly, the year of the title of the BLAPL mentioned as "2022" in the aforesaid order No.2 dated 05.04.2022 be read as "2021". So far as the I.A. No.500 of 2022 is concerned, the same be waived from the aforesaid order No.2 dated 05.04.2022. All other parts of the order shall
