This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he does not want to press the writ petition rather he proposes to approach the Opposite Parties for redressal of his grievance. 3.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. Further opportunity is given to the Petitioner to approach the Opposite Party No.2-Director Secretary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, by filing a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. In the event such a representation is filed within two weeks hence, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the Opposite Party No.2 in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order within four weeks. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter.

It is needless to mention here that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 5.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
