The Petitioner being in custody in connection with Lephripada P.S. Case No.132 of 2020 corresponding to S.T. Case No.69/103 of 2020-21 arising out of G.R. Case No.1046 of 2020 on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Sundargarh for alleged commission of offence under Section-302/342/34 of the IPC, has filed this application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the above mentioned case. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record as placed, while being not grant of bail to the Petitioner. It is however observed that the trial court would do well to take all such effective steps as provided in law for conclusion of the trial as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
