At the outset, counsel for the Petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition to enable the Petitioner to challenge the subsequent order dated 22.12.2021, whereby the Government has notified the appointed non-hereditary trustees in respect of the deity of Sri KunjaBihari Jew Bije, Chauliaganj, Cuttack.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
