Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file revision. In the event, revision is filed within a period of two weeks hence along with an application for condonation of delay, the same be considered and delay be condoned. Till the application for interim protection in the revision is considered and disposed of, there may be status quo in respect of the disputed property as on date. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove.
