Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Loisinga P.S. Case No.323 of 2021 corresponding to Spl. G.R. Case No.120 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Presiding Officer -cum- Special Judge, S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act, Balangir for alleged commission of offences under sections 294, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act.
