This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is an application for modification of order dated 28.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.16857 of 2021. 3.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 28.09.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 7th line of paragraph-3 of the order, the G.R. Case number as "G.R. Case No.636 of 2021" be substituted by "G.R. Case No.370 of 2021". Necessary correction is carried out in the order accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by three weeks more with effect from today. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
