This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the CRLA No.784 of 2021 has been disposed of by order dated 07.04.2022. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an advocate and having cases in various courts in different districts of the State of Odidha and other States also, the condition no.iii causing serious prejudice in conducting the cases entrusted by the clients. Hence, that condition may be modified. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that condition no.iii of the order dated 07.04.2022 be waived, rest part of the order remaining the same. 4.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
