This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the opposite Parties 2 and 3, the authorities of Bhusan Steel Plant to return the vehicle bearing Registration No. OR-19-J-5657 kept illegally with them.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has purchased the vehicle to earn his livelihood. The said vehicle was given on rent to the Opposite Party No.3. During Panchayat election, the R.T.O., Dhenkanal forcibly took the vehicle on requisition for election duty. After the election, it was returned to the Opposite Party No.3 with whom the vehicle is laying. In spite of best effort, neither the Opposite Party No.3 nor the Opposite Party No. 4 is responding for release of the vehicle in favour of the Petitioner. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 4.

Since it is alleged that the vehicle is being kept forcefully by Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3, the Petitioner may work out his

// 2 // remedy as may be available to him under the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
