This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Looking to the grievance of the Petitioner, this Court finds, the Petitioner has already applied for the same purpose to the Tahasildar, O.P.3, vide Annexure-3. For pendency of such application, this Court finds, the Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage. However, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction that in the event any such proceeding is already there, vide Annexure-3, the same shall be concluded involving the Petitioner at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy,
