Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr.Bhuyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner referring to the order-sheet involved herein submits that Misc. Arbitration Case No.04 of 2012 is re-opened and after a remand order of the District Judge, Sambalpur, the matter is yet to be disposed of in spite of four years have been passed in the meantime.

Considering unnecessary delay in disposal of the Arbitration Proceeding involved herein, this Court targets the Misc. Arbitration Case No.04 of 2012 to be concluded at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's
