Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the submission made, in the event the mutation case preferred by the Petitioner has not been registered, the same may be registered and decision, as appropriate, be taken involving the petitioner by completing the entire exercise within four months from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
