For the final publication of the Voter List in exercise of power under Rule 8(1) of the Orissa Gram Panchayat Election Rules, 1965, this Court finds no scope for issuing direction for considering the request of the Petitioner involving the final Voter List.

The Writ Petition thus stands dismissed for having no cause of action presently, as it is already involved a final Voter List. 6.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in
