Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Considering that there is a complain on typographical error in respect of the name of the petitioner in the Voter list debarring her from contesting, this Court observes in the event there is simply a typographical error, the request of the petitioner vide Annexure- 6 series, at page 16 and 17 of the brief, if received by the Chief Election Commissioner, Odisha, decision, as appropriate be taken thereon within a period of three days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In the meantime, petitioner may file an affidavit along with certified copy of this order indicating the nature of correction along with self attested proof on the claim. 2.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove.
