Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " (i) The Opp parties shall not be directed to pay adequate compensation in terms of the provisions of the Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for acquisition of petitoner land at MouzaChainipur, Khata No.714/146, Plot No.95/2853, measuring an Area 27.3 decimals & Khata No.714/156, Plot No.95, measuring an Area 14.7 decimal for "Construction of the Bridge over Kushi Nallah at 1.500 KM on PWD Road to Panasa G.P. road in the district of Jajpur, as per the representation dated 22.04.2022 and 01.08.2022 submitted by the Petitioner under Annexure-9 series within a stipulated period.
(ii) The action and decision of authority shall not be declared violative of Article-300(A ) of Constitution of India and further the same is contrary to the provisions of Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and
Resettlement Act, 2013."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-9 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-9 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
