This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to pay the Head Master scale of pay to the petitioner with effect from 01.06.1994 to 31.01.2021 along with all consequential financial and service benefits accrued out of the same.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration the judgment of the Division of this Court in RVWPET No. 255 of 2013 (State of Odisha & Others v. Purna Chandra Chand), which has been confirmed by the apex Court vide judgment dated 04.02.2022 passed in SLP (C) No. 1080 of 2022. 5.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration the judgment in Purna Chandra Chand (supra) within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
