Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that there is a threatening of demolition/eviction of the Petitioner from the disputed property in question without following due process of law, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition directing that there shall be no demolition/eviction of the Petitioner provided the Petitioner has not faced any such proceeding as of now and without following due process of law.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 4.
