Considering the grievance of the petitioner on the self same issue is pending before the Secretary, Cuttack Development Authority vide Annexure5, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Secretary, Cuttack Development Authority-opposite party no.2 to consider and decide the request of the petitioner vide Annexure-5 in accordance with law and following the decision supporting the case of the petitioner, to be provided by the petitioner. 3.
