This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Mr. Manas Chand, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that till date, no F.I.R. has been registered. In view of such submission, since there is no F.I.R. in the case and there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. The petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy after the registration of the F.I.R. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
