For the concurrent finding of fact on the injunction issue, this Court is not inclined to interfere in such dispute at this stage, however, considering the request for expeditious trial of the suit and recording the statement of Ms. Naidu, learned counsel for the Petitioner that both the defendants-father and son even though have already appeared, but they are yet to file their written statements, this Court directs the trial court to ensure filing of the written statement within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. Further considering that the suit is of the year 2017, this Court directs the trial court to conclude the proceeding vide C.S. No.60 of 2017 at least within nine months from the date of filing of the written statement, if the written statement is not filed as yet. 2.

With the aforesaid direction the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
