Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will take appropriate steps by moving an application before the learned Court below at the appropriate stage to ventilate his grievance that one of the named accused Mr. Charan Das has not been charge sheeted.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter it shall be open to the petitioner to move the learned Court below, if so advised.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands disposed of.
