Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of passed by the opposite party nos.5 and 6 under Annexure-4 and 6 respectively and to direct the opposite parties to absorb the petitioner in his previous assignment as CRCC at Dhuligarh Primary School Cluster under Danagadi Block in the district of Jajpur.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.5 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection. 5.
As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.5 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
